• Use the report button on any review, question, listing or profile; or
• email nexus.systems.au@gmail.com with a link, a screenshot and what's wrong.

You can report anonymously — we don't tell the other person who reported them.

• Any sexual content involving a child — zero tolerance, preserved and referred to the police and the eSafety Commissioner.
• Threats, stalking, intimidation or incitement to violence.
• Harassment, hate, or reviews that attack a person instead of a product or place.
• Doxxing — names, addresses, workplaces, phone numbers or photos posted without consent.
• Intimate images shared without consent.
• Self-harm or suicide content that encourages harm.
• Scams, counterfeit goods and illegal services.

Serious reports are actioned immediately — content is hidden while we review. Outcomes range from removal to a permanent ban and referral to authorities. Reports of illegal material are treated as urgent, day or night.
