Privacy Policy

• Account basics: your email, sign-in method and a generated anonymous handle.
• Profile and sizing details you choose to save.
• Private entries — diary, cycle, reminders, uploads — visible only to your account.
• Reviews, questions and business listings you publish under your handle.
• Payment records (we never see or store your card number).
• Aggregate usage analytics and safety records.

We don't sell your data, we don't publish your email or real name, and we don't show your private sections to anyone — including advertisers.

Coven runs on hosted cloud infrastructure, not only on your device, and your private entries are not end-to-end encrypted. They are transmitted over encrypted connections and restricted to your account by database rules, but the operator can technically access stored data where it is necessary for safety, support, security or legal obligations. We do not read private entries otherwise, and they are never published or sold.

Features that use AI — search, the stylist, Outfit Studio, Atelier renders and safety screening — send the text or images you provide to third-party AI providers so they can return a result.

Hosting and database, payment processing, email delivery and AI features are handled by service providers acting on our instructions. They only receive what's needed to do their job.

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your settings and support offline/installed use. Clearing them signs you out.

Some providers process data in the United States and Europe. By using Coven you consent to your information being handled overseas by those providers under their security obligations.

Reports, moderation decisions and bans are retained so that dangerous behaviour can't be reset by making a new account. Content involving the abuse of a child is preserved and referred to the relevant authorities.

Coven is an 18+ service and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has created an account, email nexus.systems.au@gmail.com and we'll remove it and its data.

Access is row-level restricted per account, traffic is encrypted, and you can add a passkey or device lock. No system is perfect — tell us straight away if something looks wrong.

We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. You can access or correct your information, download it, or delete your account and its data at any time from Settings.

If you're not happy with how we handled a privacy issue, email nexus.systems.au@gmail.com first. You can then complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Material changes update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Coven after a change means you accept the updated policy.
