Refund Policy

Memberships, business listings, Moon packs and generation credits are digital and are delivered immediately. They are non-refundable, including for partly used periods or unused credits. Cancel any time to stop future billing — access continues to the end of the period you've paid for.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

If the service fails to comply with a non-excludable guarantee, you're entitled to the remedies the law requires — a repair, replacement, re-supply or refund depending on whether the failure is major or minor. Outside those rights, the no-refund position above applies in full.

By purchasing, you waive any right to a refund except where that right cannot lawfully be waived.
